Habíamos contratado un tour de 90 minutos en Segway, en nuestra reserva pone 90 minutos y solo nos hicieron un tour de 60 minutos. al llegar lo reclamamos y a gritos nos dijeron que era lo contratado, enseñamos la reserva y nos dijeron a gritos otra vez, que eso no era lo contratado. Estoy segura, que las cosas se pueden explicar de otra manera, incluso estando en desacuerdo, aunque, ya me dirás, estando escrito, ¿como podemos estar en desacuerdo.?

It was terrible, incomprehensible. We had booked a 90-minute Segway tour, our reservation says 90 minutes and they only gave us a 60-minute tour. When we arrived we complained and shouted at them that it was what we had booked, we showed the reservation and they shouted at us again that it was not what we had booked. I am sure that things can be explained in another way, even if we disagree, although, you tell me, it is written, how can we disagree?
