Tres de los mayores monumentos de Sevilla, es un tour indispensable. Había leído en civitatis malas reseñas con respecto a este operador, en nuestro caso muy buena experiencia El precio: hacen descuento a jubilados, cosa que la página oficial de la catedral no. La guía: Carmen, MARAVILLOSA. Visita súper amena, larga porque son 3h30min, pero para nada pesada. La oficina: se ofrecieron a guardarme (sin coste) la mochila en la que llevaba zapato cerrado para entrar a la catedral ya que me informaron que eran permisivos pese a las indicaciones de la entrada. Realmente nos hubiera gustado mayor explicación, ya que hemos adquirido otros tours aquí mismo en Sevilla que son gratuitos y realmente han sido mucho más productivos respecto a la explicación y recorrido. La guía (aunque muy linda) no explicó a detalle los espacios, le faltaron lugares por recorrer en el Alcázar e iniciamos 30min más de la hora pactada.

We really would have liked more explanation, as we've booked other free tours right here in Seville, and they've actually been much more productive in terms of explanation and tour. The guide (although very nice) didn't explain the areas in detail, missed some places to visit in the Alcázar, and we started 30 minutes later than the agreed-upon time.

Creo que falta un poco de información. El tour requiere hacer un check in en el local, cosa que no consta en ningún lado, salvo un pequeño cartel en el escaparate. Además, el punto de encuentro no está del todo bien cuando uno lo abre en el maps (incluso dice "frente al palacio del flamenco" que no está en ningún lado). En general, uno se queda con ganas de más tiempo para ver bien los cuadros y capillas, pero eso es entendible.

I think there's a bit of information missing. The tour requires checking in at the venue, which isn't listed anywhere, except for a small sign in the window. Also, the meeting point isn't entirely clear when you open it on Maps (it even says "in front of the Flamenco Palace," which isn't there). Me gusto mucho la historia de la catedral, la giralda y Alcázar; muy bien explicados por la guía. Sin embargo, me parece que seria bueno no solo contar la parte positiva de la historia y como conquistaron otras áreas de Espa~a y América, si no también contar las partes negativas de la historia sobre como lo hicieron (esclavitud, las muertes, etc). En la catedral deberían prevenir sobre las se~oras a la salida de la misma que te leen "la suerte" y te exigen pagar de mala manera. Translate this opinion into English.

Estuvimos el 26 de sep. los monumentos son impresionantes La guía fue Carmen, y aunque fue amena hubo un rato pesado al entrar porque solo hablaba de la Semana Santa, me hubiera gustado oír más explicaciones de la Catedral. Al salir hacia los Alcázares, también se excedió hablando de los parking , las tarifas para aparcar.... Lo peor de todo fue el sonido, nefasto, se oía bajísimo y el auricular ademas se resbalaba constantemente de la oreja.Nos pasó a los 4 miembros de mi familia. Una pena

We were there on September 26th. The monuments are impressive. The guide was Carmen, and although she was pleasant, there was a bit of a drag at the entrance because she only talked about Holy Week.
