The bike was in very bad shape and I felt unsafe riding it. The front wheel was not well fixed and wobbled when driving. This is why I hardly ever used the bike.

Our provider offers the best quality bicycles for the activity. We recommend communicating this type of incidents to the organization during the visit. We are sorry to hear that you did not like this activity.

Terrible servicio, llegamos y no sabían ni que ofrecían el servicio de renta de bicis, luego nos las entregaron sin aire en las llantas y nos dieron una bomba que no servía para inflar las llantas. Aparte pésica actitud de ambas señoritas. A la hora de regresarlas, teníamos la renta por 48h y no estaba nadie en el local para la entrega, eran las 6pm... pero de verdad todo mal.

Las bicis eran viejas, no tenían cesta (eso es muy útil cuando estás haciendo una ruta de varias horas) y no había punto de entrega de bicis en sitios tan turísticos como Triana o cerca de la Plaza de España/Parque de María Luisa. Creo que esos puntos de entrega y recogida están muy limitados.

Nuestro proveedor hace un correcto mantenimiento de las bicicletas. Sentimos que el vehículo no haya sido como esperabas.
