Me and my family enjoyed the tour. The tour guide was very knowledgeable and engaging. However, we thought the group size was too big and this became a problem whilst travelling around the city. Locals did not welcome the intrusion and I sympathised with them.

This tour's popularity can lead to large groups of visitors, especially at certain times of the year. Even so, our local team strives to provide the most comfortable and enriching visit possible. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.

Our guide Louis was very knowledgeable. He was clearly not just recounting something he had learned off by heart. He was able to talk about many aspects of the town and give the bigger historical picture, also in answer to questions. We had a little hiccup in that the battery of one of the steps ran out. But the organisation solved this. I would recommend the tour.

El paseo ha sido agradable aunque como tour turístico no lo recomendaría. Hemos pasado por delante de muchas cosas pero realmente no hemos visto nada en detalle. Antes que esto recomendaría a los guías que partieran el recorrido en dos recorridos diferentes para ver lad cosas mas en profundidad. El guia deberia revisar sus datos sobre cuales son la plaza y catedral mas grande del mundo ya que ha dado datos que henos contrastado y sencillamente no son verdad. Ña
