Unica nota è che mia figlia di 5 anni e 1/2 è venuta per vedere le scimmie e nonostante la guida locale ci avesse detto che avremmo fatto una tappa appositamente per le scimmiette, poi questo non è avvenuto (credo per una questione di tempo). Pur avendo indicato e confermato della presenza di guida italiana, non è stato possibile con nessuna guida presente parlare in italiano e quindi assenza assoluta di indicazioni turistiche. Mi sono dovuta " arrangiare" con il mio google traslate. In ogni caso poca attenzione e dell'accompagnatore, anche nel dare gli appuntamenti.

Abbiamo prenotato un tour con guida in italiano ed era in inglese. Abbiamo perso mezz'ora di tempo per prendere un'altra persona durante il percorso senza neanche essere avvisati. Oltretutto la guida ci ha risposto in modo sgarbato rispetto alle nostre lamentele.

No veo normal que no entremos en el coche o bien que el guía de Gibraltar este esperando al lado de la frontera en lugar de la caminata de más de media hora hasta la estación del bus y el guía nos dice que nos aprendamos el camino para volver solos. Una vez que te enseñan lo establecido en Gibraltar, deprisa, te dejan solo para comer, que está muy bien, pero que luego te las ingenies para ir solos hasta salir de la frontera nos parece alucinante. Pagamos mucho para que nos guíen en todo momento.

Contaré mi experiencia con el objetivo de que se mejore la excursión. Federico, el guía que nos llevó hasta Gibraltar, fue muy atento, amable y proporcionó datos de interés. A lo largo de esta surgieron un par de problemillas (en la aduana de Gibraltar), pero él supo solucionarlo. Realmente el lugar es precioso. Pero habían 4 grupos en total por idiomas y eso provocó retrasos en el lugar. Nos limitaron las estaciones o paradas en Gibraltar porque llegamos tarde. Y además todo fue muy rápido producto de lo mismo. Los guías pasaron hablando en todo el trayecto y realmente explicaron poco. Eso fue porque por la logística tuvieron que mandar 2 guías las el chofer. Les recomiendo no revolver tanto los grupos. De igual forma los guías no pudieron acompañarnos en el trayecto.

The place is really beautiful. But there were 4 groups in total, depending on the language, and that caused delays at the place. Driss, la guida che ci ha prelevato da Seviglia è stato fantastico. Preparato, simpatico e gentile. L’esperienza per noi in generale è stata molto buona, l’unico problema è stato il poco tempo a disposizione per visitare la riserva delle scimmie (ciò che ci interessava di più) avevamo a disposizione, durante la prima fermata, 20 minuti (ma includeva anche la grotta di s.miguel) successivamente solo 5. Non siamo inoltre mai saliti nei punti alti della rocca.

A guia Catherine foi eficiente e divertida. A viagem foi organizada sem transtornos. Entretanto quando reservei informava que haveria translado do hotel até o ponto de partida o que não ocorreu e nos fez gastar com transporte não previsto além da inconveniência. Lamentável ter uma informação errada desta na compra.
