The guide was excellent, hoever we were unable to visit La Garalda because we were picking up some late arrivals and missed our 11.45 entry into the cathedral. Our entry into the cathedral was then at 12.30. This meant we didn’t have time to visit La Garalda which would have been a highlight.

We have confirmed that due to the development itself, the Giralda was visited later than booked. This is something completely exceptional, but sometimes it can happen due to organizational problems or in the case of very large groups of visitors. We have made a refund equivalent to the incident that occurred. We regret the inconvenience

The sites we visited were as expected. The pace of the tour was good and got what was advertised. Our tour guide, while she had a command of the English language, her enunciation was not clear, and, given the set of hearing devices, we had many of the things that she said were inaudible.

We are happy to hear that you enjoyed the activity. The guides strive to get the explanations to all the members of the group, stopping in less crowded places, making personalized comments to those who request it, etc. If, even so, there are problems hearing them, please notify us to solve it at the moment. However, we take your comments into account in order to improve.

Guide was great. The info I provided For the website was not present on out ticket. Lack of personal info caused us not to be able to enter the tour. We left after only seeing one of the 3 paid tours

We have confirmed that all the indicated visits were made. When entering the Alcazar, the last monument, there was a problem with the access, but it was done and could be visited without any problem.
