El guia bien , pero nos dijeron el día anterior de la excursión por la tarde que tendríamos que quedarnos a mitad de la visita porque no había entradas para el Alcázar, la gestión de Naturanda penosa , no nos dieron optativa, hoy Domingo entramos sin problema por nuestra cuenta, todo lo que tenga que ver con ellos no pienso repetir

The guide was good, but they told us the day before the afternoon excursion that we would have to stay halfway through the visit because there were no tickets for the Alcázar. Naturanda's management was awful, they didn't give us an optional option. Today, Sunday, we entered without any problem on our own. I don't think I'll repeat anything that has to do with them.

Respecto al tour, encontramos que se debería recortar un poco ya que por el tiempo que hay se visitan demasiadas cosas. Quizás la visita a la iglesia del Salvador se podría quitar. En cuanto al guía, a ratos hablaba un poco rápido y costaba entenderlo y la información que daba era un poco caótica.

La guía, Carmen, nos pareció que no explicó datos históricos o incluso curiosidades en determinados lugares de la actividad. Escuchamos, por casualidad, frente al retablo de la catedral, a otro guía, explicarlo y posteriormente, a nuestra guía, y ella dejaba mucho que desear . Se dedicó mucho tiempo a hacer bromas o pequeños chistes en lugar de explicar cosas más interesantes.

We felt the guide, Carmen, didn't explain historical facts or even interesting facts about certain parts of the activity. We overheard another guide explaining it in front of the cathedral altarpiece, and then our guide, who left a lot to be desired. A lot of time was spent making jokes or making small jokes instead of explaining more interesting things.
