Esta visita merece mucho la pena, la guía (Laura) fue muy simpática y la explicación muy amena. El punto de encuentro no es el Alcázar sino las oficinas de la empresa, (check-in, te dan radio y auriculares) Esto supuso que, en lugar de comenzar la visita a las 12:30 (y finalizar 90 min después,), hasta las 13:10 h no accedimos todo el grupo al recinto del Alcázar. Te puedes quedar después visitando los jardines por tu cuenta, pero nosotros no pudimos al tener ya el tren de vuelta. Translate this opinion into English.

Visita al Alcázar con guía que explicaba muy bien la historia, pero la encontramos de precio muy cara para estar sólo una hora y media. Porque quisimos anular por motivos de logística y de 36 eu , te devolvía sólo 20.5. Fuimos mezclados con otras personas que además tenían visita más larga y al preguntar , sobre nuestra visita , para aclarar , la guía dijo que ella de estos temas no sabia nada . No estamos de acuerdo con esta respuesta. Civitatis en los últimos viajes nos ha decepcionado ...

La señorita que nos atendió en el punto de encuentro bastante desagradable, nos dijo que nos tapáramos los hombros antes de decir “buenas tardes”, le expliqué que solo íbamos al Alcázar y nos dijo que daba igual, que fuésemos al Ale-hop de al lado a comprar algo. Insistí en que no íbamos a la catedral pero como hacía oídos sordos me queda la duda de si solo era mal educada o no está bien informada. Al final, 20€ para taparnos y no hacía falta. Tengo que resaltar la mala gestión en Naturanda de calle francos donde tuvimos que esperar 25 min en la puerta porque no tenían preparados los auriculares (son de muy mala calidad), por lo que la visita se hizo corta y explicaba todo algo más rápido

Cumplió mis expectativas, el Alcázar es un palacio que bien vale la pena verlo con una persona que sepa y que te haga la visita amena! Así que muy agradecida por hacer el tour tan entretenido a nuestra guía Cristina Santiago. Una pega el sistema que llevábamos de sonido son un poco molestos, no te dejan disfrutar de la experiencia al 100%.
