Contrato una visita guiada por el Alcazar de Sevilla que durara aproximadamente hora y media. Quedamos a las 15.00h. No empezamos a esa hora, habia que pasar el control de tickets. Y alli, nos dicen que los jardines estan cerrados por el mal tiempo. La explicacion del guia sobre el Palacio terminó a las 16.00h.Impecable. Como no podiamos salir a los jardines, se despidió. Me dejo un sabor agridulce. Creo que debiera haberse quedado con nosotros y darnos algún dato mas. Me faltó media hora.

Hicimos el tour con Alvaro. Muy buen guía pero se nos quedó corto. Hora y media de tour pero hay que descontar el tiempo que se tarda desde el punto de encuentro hasta el Alcazar y la espera para validar todas la entradas del grupo + pasar control de seguridad. Esta visita merece mucho la pena, la guía (Laura) fue muy simpática y la explicación muy amena. El punto de encuentro no es el Alcázar sino las oficinas de la empresa, (check-in, te dan radio y auriculares) Esto supuso que, en lugar de comenzar la visita a las 12:30 (y finalizar 90 min después,), hasta las 13:10 h no accedimos todo el grupo al recinto del Alcázar. Te puedes quedar después visitando los jardines por tu cuenta, pero nosotros no pudimos al tener ya el tren de vuelta. Translate this opinion into English.

Visita al Alcázar con guía que explicaba muy bien la historia, pero la encontramos de precio muy cara para estar sólo una hora y media. Porque quisimos anular por motivos de logística y de 36 eu , te devolvía sólo 20.5. Fuimos mezclados con otras personas que además tenían visita más larga y al preguntar , sobre nuestra visita , para aclarar , la guía dijo que ella de estos temas no sabia nada . No estamos de acuerdo con esta respuesta. Civitatis en los últimos viajes nos ha decepcionado ...

La señorita que nos atendió en el punto de encuentro bastante desagradable, nos dijo que nos tapáramos los hombros antes de decir “buenas tardes”, le expliqué que solo íbamos al Alcázar y nos dijo que daba igual, que fuésemos al Ale-hop de al lado a comprar algo. Insistí en que no íbamos a la catedral pero como hacía oídos sordos me queda la duda de si solo era mal educada o no está bien informada. Al final, 20€ para taparnos y no hacía falta.
