Very poor instructions for meeting place, left without us because driver thought everyone was there so left early. No English spoken until we got to the tour ( had no explanations of how the day would go or any information along the 2 1/2 hr drive.) Tour guide at Alhambra was very knowledgeable,

Tuvimos un inconveniente en la recogida por que nos equivocamos de hora de salida, pasaron por el hotel y no nos preguntaron en la recepción del hotel, hasta las 7:45 nos enviaron un mensaje por WhatsApp informando que nos recogían en otro hotel. En Granada la visita es muy corta, prácticamente se para a almorzar. En la Alhambra la visita es guiada con la utilización de audífonos, el guía, Carlos Senave, excelente, su trato, consideración y amabilidad.

We had a problem with the pick-up because we made a wrong departure time, they stopped by the hotel and did not ask us at the hotel reception, until 7:45 they sent us a message on WhatsApp informing us that they would pick us up at another hotel. In Granada the visit is very short, you practically stop for lunch.
